Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Mie Matcha store and your purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing: all prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive; no additional tax is added at checkout.

Orders and payment: we accept bank transfer. After checking out, transfer the total using the details provided and send your payment screenshot on Instagram @mie.matchaa or WhatsApp to confirm. Your order is confirmed once payment is verified.

Shipping: we ship across Pakistan. Shipping is free on orders over PKR 13,500; a flat delivery charge applies below that.

Returns: matcha is perishable, so all sales are final. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours with photos for a replacement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
